Redeem a sponsor QR
Scan the guest's QR, check the code, tap Redeem.
- 1At a sponsored event, a guest shows you a sponsor QR in the Venue Spark app.
- 2Scan it with your phone's camera. It opens the pass in your browser.
- 3Signed in with your work email, you see the perk, the sponsor's redeem code and whether it's still valid. Not signed in? Tap Staff: sign in to redeem.
- 4Hand over the perk, then tap Redeem. You'll see Redeemed just now in green.
- 5Red Already used means that QR was redeemed before, at the time shown. Each QR works once.
Tip: You see the perk, never who the guest is.
