How it works

Four steps, one night

Everything happens inside the venue. Nothing about you is visible until you check in.

  1. Step 1: Check in

    Scan the code at the door or on the bar. It only works inside the venue, so everyone in the room is really there.

  2. Step 2: Say what you're up for

    Pick Dating, Friends or Network, then answer a few quick sliders about tonight. Skip anything you like.

  3. Step 3: Spark

    See who here matches you, with a match %. Send a spark. They only find out if they spark you back.

  4. Step 4: Find each other

    Choose how to meet. An arrow and the distance guide you to each other, just the two of you, for a few minutes.

Our three promises

Built so nobody can find you unless you want them to

  • Only when you both say yes

    Nobody can find you unless you both sparked and you both agreed to meet. Saying no is private, and nobody is told.

  • Only inside the venue. Never a map.

    Positions on the radar are shuffled. Direction and distance go to one person, during a finding session you both started, and stop if either of you leaves.

  • Gone when you leave

    When you check out, tonight’s answers, your photo for tonight and every location signal are deleted.

Safety

Help is one tap away

The people around you tonight are verified adults, and the venue’s staff are right there.

In danger? Call your local emergency number first. Staff are alerted too if you use the shield.

    Alerts go to the people working tonight. They see only what you choose to share, never your name or profile.

    During or after the night. They’re never told who reported, a person reviews every report, and a ban applies at every venue.

  • Verified adults

    Everyone verifies their age with an ID check before checking in. 18+, and 21+ where the venue sets it.
