Get help at a venue
The shield on every screen reaches staff on shift, discreetly.
- 1Tap the shield in the top corner of any screen.
- 2Choose what's going on. In an emergency, tap Call emergency services; staff are alerted too.
- 3Choose where you are, from the venue's own list of areas. Some venues also let you add a rough area, like front half.
- 4Choose whether to share tonight's photo so staff can spot you. You can also quietly end a finding session and block someone.
- 5Tap Send to staff. You'll see when someone's on it and who's coming. Tap Hide to make the app look normal while help is on the way, or I'm okay now to cancel.
Tip: Nobody you matched with is told, and staff never see your name or profile.
