Go-live checklist
Four required steps before guests can check in.
- 1Put up your check-in code: print it, or pair a tablet as a door display.
- 2Set hours, age and modes in Room settings.
- 3Name your zones.
- 4Invite your staff and send a test help alert.
- 5Optional: create a perk and share the staff guide with your team. Then press Go live.
Tip: The room stays hidden until 10 people are checked in. You can change that number in Room settings.
