Sell tickets for your event
Set a price; guests pay in the app or online before they check in.
- 1In the venue portal, open your event and, under who can join, choose Paid tickets. Set the ticket price.
- 2Share your event page, /e/ followed by your event's id on this website, or its QR code from the event's page in the portal. It shows the time, the place, your sponsors and the price.
- 3Guests pay by card in the Venue Spark app, or on the event page after signing in with their email. They need a ticket before they can check in at the door; you and your venue team get in free.
- 4Each ticket comes with 3 free sparks by default, so guests can start sparking right away.
- 5Venue Spark keeps 10% of ticket sales by default. The rest is paid out to you by the Venue Spark team; contact us about your payout.
Tip: Once tickets are sold, the event can't be switched back to free. Guests can ask for a refund until the event starts, and a refunded ticket no longer gets them in.
